The pool and downtown location

Our second stay. The pool is wonderful and this is why we come. We live close to the hotel and the sole reason for staying here is to have access to a warm pool in winter months which is a fun activity with kids. The rooms are comfortable, great bed, decent linens. This time around we had a beautiful city view which made the experience even more pleasant. The staff are for the most part very professional. Ivan who brought our room service was amazing!

The heated pool was excellent and the room was clean. I would go back for the pool which we enjoyed even during snowy March.

We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub. The location was great to access the underground shopping. The cleaning staff were excellent. The staff at the front desk were great!

Lovely pool but a bit hazardous in the winter with wet stair access from change rooms. Difficult for mobility challenged as no room to sit inside

The rooms were clean, bathrooms had everything you would need, staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Friendly, very accommodating staff and phenomenal hotel overall. The pool & hot tub felt very much like a spa.

The staff was very helpful, I had an issue with my booking and they went out of their way to help me resolve it

Staff tried to be cordial (except at restaurant). Front desk understood our disappointment.

Excellent location and easy access to the railway station and metro.
